Taylor Maxwell have been supplying the merchant sector throughout the UK for over 60 years.
We offer a comprehensive range of timber products from both our landed stocks in the UK and on a direct load basis from our sawmill partners in the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe.
Our exclusive relationships with our sawmill partners enable our customers to procure products directly from the mills through forward ordering, or the convenience and benefits of ‘just in time’ from our landed stock.
We hold over 25,000m3 of landed stocks in a range of products, all ready for prompt delivery to all UK locations in full or mixed loads. We have on average four vessels a week with timber arriving to replenish our stocks and sell approximately 200,000m3 per year from our stock locations, delivering to over 1,000 businesses.

Through a combination of our sales and customer service offices, stock locations and key manufacturing partners, we are able to work with merchant and manufacturing customers across the UK. Our supply is heavily focused toward the UK, Sweden, The Baltics and the rest of the EU, however, we also import specialist products from North America and China.
